Jade sadly died when her eldest son was only 4 years old, and Bobby told his story through music and dance tonight as a tribute to her, with this lyrical contemporary couples choice. 🧡

@etihad I also see on trust pilot that several business travellers have had the same issue and it's not acceptable. And I'm really not surprised that #etihad have a 1.5 score. The customer services is just as bad.

This is the issue, I did respond back and ask for the information and contact details to escalate and they refused. So please give me another option of contact? as its infuriating.

@etihad @etihad I work in luxury travel and have never encountered such issues. I'm currently reviewing the lack of customer care and terrible service across all platforms

@etihad @etihad I have already communicated with feedback and they are the same people who have refused to give me information of who I can escalate this to. I spoke with Tapiwa who said that they couldn't help any further and really have not taken the complaint seriously.
