Below is the incorrect email we received. The actual flight times are attached. We request a new correct email showing the correct departure and arrival times and total delayed hours for insurance purposes ASAP

After the horrendous treatment we received from yourselves during the delay at Paphos 2.11.22. We can't speak to anyone to get a revised email with the CORRECT departure times to Carrdiff. Your email is deliberately incorrect to keep the total time under 24 hours..
@TUIUK Kim we have returned home.. every passenger has tried to get in contact with yourselves. Customer service has been a joke since our delay.. we all need the email to be sent with correct departure times... we have all emailed and filled in forms with no reply!!!

@TUIUK Don't bother we have got ourselves a taxi as waited 4.5 hours being promised transfers. You left a young mum and her children on their own and they missed their flight!
@TUIUK we need some communication.. we are stuck in Limassol. The hotel has checked us out , no bus to take us to Paphos airport. We have not had flight confirmation emails but others have .. a coach load of passengers here.. where is your duty of care????
