@Ex_nihilo_0@ryanstephens@RooshWilliams Who do you think that cost would be absorbed by?
Buried transmission lines have their own problems too. I’m no Centerpoint boot licker but educate yourself on utility infrastructure before you throw out inaccurate suggestions😂

@ryanstephens@RooshWilliams It is not $5k to keep the AC on. Even if you have zero technical ability, you can have a Generator that powers your entire house (minus an electric dryer at the same time) furnished and installed for $2,500 or less. I did the work myself on my house and am in it less than $1,200.
@united The Flight has been pushed back, again, to now leave Houston at 7:55PM.
Does @united still believe that their best attempt at taking care of their customers - is reminding them that maintenance concerns can arise?
@united
At 5:00AM, UA sent an update that Flight 253 from IAH - HNL would be now be departing at 12:30PM, instead of 9:50AM.
At 9:45AM, United then sends “We’re expecting an update on UA253 by 4:30PM”.
Is this how United treats their customers ahead of their 8+ hour flight?
@united It is not that issues arise - that’s called life. The point is - when these issues arise, how you remedy that unfortunate situation for your well paying customers.
United’s best answer to “We should have an update by 4:30” is reminding customers that maintenance issues arise?
