The hardest part of having young kids isn't the lack of time.

It's the constant fragmentation.

You're shifting between work, family, and a hundred other responsibilities all day long.

You're rarely focused on just one thing for very long.

The goal isn't perfect balance.

It's learning to be present wherever you are.

@anymanfitness It’s like any other white collar career. You can work as much as you desire. Some that work more may be better/more prepared but plenty of good veteran teachers who don’t.

The best teachers are woefully underpaid, but many are overpaid—again, like almost any other career.
