@NordicTrack and @iFit have the absolute worst customer service. Have been on hold on the phone while also trying to chat with a person for over an hour.
@potterybarn hands down worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's not the customer's job to figure out where an item is when you've outsourced your delivery to a 3rd party. I've also had multiple customer service associates simply hang up on me for no reason.
