@eurowings my flight EDI-CGN on Thurs was cancelled, your online system won't let me rebook + I've been on your helpline for 1.5 hours in total, an agent refused to rebook my flight + another (possibly same man) immediately hung up after I'd waited 35 mins! You're CS is useless!
