Ontario is cutting off electricity exports to the U.S. in response to Trump's tariffs.

This is a big problem for a U.S. already struggling to get enough reliable electricity.

Even bigger when you consider that Ontario is mostly nuclear and hydro powered, meaning the grid is source of clean electrons for Americans with more carbon-intensive local power plants in the upper Midwest and New York.

Bigger still if other provinces such as Quebec follow suit.
