@TransLink Also I do not understand why you only say “certified” and only refer to guide dogs. Regardless of the dogs trained tasks and certified of not, they have equal rights as stated on THE GOVERNMENT OF BC WEBSITE. Again…WHERES THE EDUCATION HERE?
@TransLink one of your “lovely” drivers just refused service to a disabled person with a marked service dog. What’s with the training here? Do better.

At 8:30am February 2nd.
@TransLink The bus was empty, the driver stopped at the stop and only when he saw the dog he drove off even though the person was waving to signal they were there for that bus. A service dog is MEDICAL EQUIPMENT and it’s the LAW to not discriminate against someone’s disability.
