Athletes protect their heads from concussions, but our hearts need protection too. Satan seeks to damage our hearts, even when things seem fine on the outside.

To guard our hearts, we must turn to God through prayer, His Word, and worship. Just as helmets keep athletes safe, God's peace keeps our hearts safe from attacks.

Dear God,

Good morning…thank you for being my good good father and shepherd! I cast all my fears and anxieties upon You. I will not be held captive by fear, and I choose to rest in Your provision and trust in your promises. Surround me with Your presence and remind me that I am safe in Your hands.
