@MANIAC3X @Genz_fight In a street fight, boxing gives more opportunity for your opponent to get a lucky shot and win. Grappling leaves no room for error. I like to win fights, and leave you no opportunity to win. Cope harder
My son is an average wrestler at best. But he always works hard and never quits. Still, it’s psychologically draining for him to lose so many matches. He’s 11 and this is his 7th year of wrestling. So what could I do to make sure he doesn’t lose the love for the sport? First, make it a father/son thing: I now help coach both his school team and his club team. Second, cool gear. Kids love that stuff. Team USA gear, custom gear with his name on it. Third, cool events. Show him wrestling is bigger than just his Folkstyle room. I took him to Fargo, and next up is RAF03. Fourth, find heroes for him to watch. Mocco is that guy for him (and his kids). Fifth, show him it’s about the love of the game. I decided to enter the US Open Masters to let him see that even an old guy can do it and have fun. Mission accomplished! @GlobalWresOrder@MOBriguo@Yuno_Mal
