@beef_supreme_75 The score is something I'm definetly gonna have to check out, but I loved Kendrick Lamar's soundtrack he made for the movie. "Big Shot" captures an epic Wakandan warrior spirit, while "The Ways" puts you in your feels. Great music for a great story.

FINAL reading suggestion from yours truly: Fahrenheit 451. I had to read this one in high school and couldn't appreciate it, but have read it since & liked it a lot more. On May 19th, HBO is releasing a movie of this starring Michael B Jordan. Could be awesome!

In my reflection of the class, I realized that a lot of the novels we read made me grow wiser as a person. Like Franz Kafka said, good books should CHALLENGE you. Reading about certain issues and understanding certain characters made me reconsider certain aspects of my life

Avengers: Infinity War is set to break the record for most ticket sales of any movie ever. In the trailers, I've seen a lot of Wakanda and Black panther characters. I wonder if the new movie will add anything to our understanding of the nation of Wakanda, or exapand uponthecomics

Another great reading suggestion would be to check out books by John Green, especially if you're a Hoosier. In books like "The Fault in Our Stars" Green mentions countless Indiana landmarks (like my high school), but also delivers a great, compelling story. #L204SummerReading

A lot of us in this L204 Section are bio majors. If you're really into science, you HAVE to read The Martian by Andy Weir. It's a cocktail of expert-backed science, comedy, suspense, and adventure. It's definitely my favorite book, and the movie didn't do it justice. #L204summer

When I made my creative project, I found myself learning a lot about web design and film production. Did anybody else find some new skills with the capstone project? I honestly think that my Sing Unburied Sing movie would be a hit in the box office. Anybody have Hollywood ties?

I like all of the graphic artwork that's included between issues of the comic. It's all really cool and breaks up major scenes nicely.

I love how Ta Nesi Coates really delves into the emotional toll it takes being King. Even though T'Challa is a great king, he continues to second guess himself. Part of the story is him coming to terms with his "might and strength"

I found the conversion between the Queen and Changamire profound. Sometimes it seems like people lose sight of how great their country is just because they find more flaws then benefits. Changamire criticizes Wakanda "not for being mediocre, but for not being divine"

The villain for this issue of Black Panther is interesting. Her ability to make people see the worst in themselves is the exact type of power that would lead to the downfall of a thriving nation like Wakanda. The audience is then exposed to the toll taken on king T'Challa

@qgrossma @DAmbrose204 Graphic novels are such underrated pieces of literature. The author usually has to draw all of their own illustrations AND write the stories. That's a lot of work, and way more work if they do it in a witty/clever/artistic way. I love graphic novels

@KentBell20 @samkrausIU I agree! & the fact that it's practically the highest grossing movie of all time is so awesome, it's popularity definitely sends a message to the entire film industry
