@AllSole I am still waiting for a resolution on this. This is just ludicrous. I don’t understand why it’s taken this long. The portal have come back to say they are trying to resolve asap but that was yesterday. It’s been 5 days now since they arrived faulty.

@AllSole i received some trainers yesterday that have a fault. I’ve sent a photo through your portal and was speaking to someone on messages but I can’t physically speak to anyone which is frustrating as it seems to be taking ages to get it sorted and I need them for the weekend.
