@FlyMLB Staff were very friendly when we visited recently, security was amazingly fast but we were let down by a locked ‘accessible’ restroom in the VIP lounge which staff said had been locked for ages and couldn’t be opened.

After an 8 hour (and delayed) flight, you just want to get off the plane with everyone else, without the extra hassle and stress the airports and airlines create literally every single time they have to deal with a wheelchair. Why is it so difficult? /3

The @TUIUK cabin crew were the ones who eventually went to look for my wheelchair while @manairport staff stood around complaining & making jokes about not speeding in my wheelchair! Hilarious guys. /2

Terrible job with wheelchair assistance AGAIN on landing at @manairport . Tried to send me to collect my wheelchair at baggage claim despite me telling them I could see it was at the aircraft (AirTag did its job). They sent 1 person to assist with 6 passengers. /1

@FlyMLB Why is the accessible toilet in the @TUIUK lounge locked off & “can’t be opened” meaning wheelchair users have to traipse through to the other side of the airport? It doesn’t feel very ‘VIP’….

If you’re promoting an event / business / basically any orgs using images who don’t use #AltText even when ppl have pointed it out then I hope you have good legal insurance because it’s DISCRIMINATION as you’re excluding ppl who rely on screen readers.
