Our research team at Newson Health are looking into sleep quality in peri/menopausal women.

Sleep impacts on every part of our life. Poor sleep in the short term affects our quality of life and our ability to function but long-term poor sleep is also associated with illness in later life such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, poor mental health and dementia.

More than half of menopausal/perimenopausal women struggle with disturbed sleep and we are keen to understand the sleep symptoms you are experiencing, and what factors in your life make it better or worse.

This survey is anonymous, takes <10 minutes to complete and is open to all women aged 18 years or over.
