@DumboJohn1 I remember my Dad telling me to get a job at that age. I was in the process of doing so, but he decided to go round all the fast food shops to get application forms for me. There were words. I tore them up in front of him and got a job somewhere I wanted to work days later

It was clear he had talent and the audience loved him and his talk of working in a bakery in his home town. When he showed up as part of One Direction it was more understandable why his solo audition hadn’t been aired.

Listening to @Harry_Styles on repeat, I can still remember seeing his X Factor audition in Manchester with @sarahe1987 and @RachaelBrannan. He was by far the best audition during our session and we were very surprised not to see his audition featured on the programme.
