Today we said goodbye to @LAS_LDVS Jess as she heads off on maternity leave and Hello to Isabel (izzy) who will be covering her role as Learning Disability & Vulnerabilities Specialist. Jess has achieved so much and I am sure Izzy will carry on Jess's great work.

The UCP team + colleagues from our new use case groups including dementia, frailty, personalised care and learning disabilities and autism, have spent the morning brainstorming the new UCP template. Watch this space!

@Ben_LD_Nurse @RoyalLondonHosp Hi Ben, we are promoting the use of the new Universal Care Plans as a standardised electronic care plan across London and are in the process of starting work with the UCP team to make these more personalised for people with a LD or Autistic people. Happy to catch up and discuss!
This week we held our first LAS Public Patient Council for people with a Learning Disability and Autistic people. Online and in person meetings to promote inclusion and accessibility across London. Great engagement and excited to start this way for people to influence our service
