ACTING AG BLANCHE: “FAFO.”
WOW 🚨 California Democrats introduce bill ‘AB 2669,’ this will give illegals lighter sentences than American citizens and force prosecutors to avoid immigration consequences for illegals who commit crimes
This bill is INSANE
“This one would give preferential sentencing treatment to illegal immigrants — Citizens would be judged harsher than people here illegally. It's Assembly Bill 2669, and you should take a look at it because it says when a prosecutor is deciding whether or how much to charge an illegal immigrant, that they are now going to be required to take into account the possible impact impacts it might have on the illegal immigrant if they're charged with the crime as it relates to their ability to stay in this country. Insane” - California Rep Carl DeMaio
Let me fully break this down
It amends Penal Code Section 1016.3, which already requires:
- Defense counsel to advise noncitizen defendants about immigration consequences of pleas and dispositions.
- Prosecutors to consider avoiding adverse immigration consequences, like deportation, as one factor in plea negotiations “in the interests of justice.”
AB 2669 strengthens this by:
- Requiring prosecutors to meet and confer with the defense specifically to try to avoid adverse immigration consequences of a plea, conviction, or sentence.
- Creating a rebuttable presumption of a violation if the defendant shows they proposed an alternative plea and sentence, even a more serious offense, that would avoid immigration issues and the prosecutor rejected it
It also allowscourts to impose remedies if the prosecutor fails to meet the standard
Democrats are the worst enemy America has. They don’t work for you, they work for foreign invader criminals
⚖️ EVICTION NOTICE DENIED BY LEAD: Cop-Killer Crushed Under BearCat Wheels After Ambushing & Murdering Deputy – Sheriff’s Raw Verdict: “You Shoot at Cops, We Run You Over. He Got What He Deserved.” 💥
On April 9, 2026, in Porterville, California, a routine eviction notice spiraled into a seven-hour siege of calculated defiance.
59-year-old David Eric Morales met Tulare County deputies not with compliance, but with a high-powered rifle ambush. Detective Randy Hoppert—35-year-old U.S. Navy veteran, six-year law enforcement stalwart, husband, and expectant father—answered the call for backup and paid with his life.
Morales barricaded, shot drones from the sky, riddled armored vehicles with rounds, then slithered into backyard brush in full camouflage, still firing.
Kern County SWAT’s BearCat didn’t negotiate further. It delivered three deliberate, policy-vetted passes—neutralizing the active shooter who refused every command to surrender.
Tulare County Sheriff Mike Boudreaux, unfiltered and unapologetic: “Don’t shoot at cops. You shoot at cops, we’re going to run you over. He got what he deserved. There is no consoling that family.”
This is not a spectacle. This is the state reclaiming its monopoly on legitimate force (Max Weber would nod).
In a republic where the social contract frays under repeated attacks on its guardians, raw footage like this—bodycam from inside the vehicle, drone overhead—reminds us: the thin blue line isn’t a suggestion. It’s the firewall.
Watch the footage. Feel the weight. Then ask: In an era of eroded respect for authority, does decisive, proportionate response deter the next ambush—or does hesitation invite it?
Heroes like Hoppert deserve more than thoughts and prayers. They demand a culture that backs the badge without apology.
What’s your unfiltered take—jurisprudence, deterrence, or something darker?
Drop it below. 🔥

California gave ONE nonprofit $1 BILLION.
To put solar panels on poor people's roofs.
You know how much solar they actually installed?
$72 million.
That's it.
So where the FUCK is the other $928 MILLION?
I'll tell you exactly where.
The same nonprofit that WROTE the law that gave them the money ALSO got the contract to run "community outreach."
Same guy runs the nonprofit AND the program. Chris Walker. Two paychecks. Look it up.
And their SISTER organization — same building, same staff, same donors — is a 501(c)(4) that endorses Democrat candidates and runs door-knocking operations in the EXACT SAME NEIGHBORHOODS.
Connect the dots, idiot.
You pay $7.50 a gallon for gas.
Cap-and-trade takes a cut at the pump.
That money flows to "climate justice nonprofits."
Those nonprofits funnel it into Democrat get-out-the-vote machines.
You. Are. Funding. The. People. Who. Are. Robbing. You.
Every time you fill up your fucking tank, you're paying for a Democrat campaign volunteer to knock on a stranger's door and tell them how amazing Gavin Newsom is.
$928 MILLION.
GONE.
And not one journalist in this state asked a single question until @jennyraeca and CAL DOGE pulled the receipts.
You think this is the only one?
There's a hundred more like it.
This is how California works now.
This is how a "blue state" stays blue when only 48% of the voters are Democrats.
Wake the fuck up.

Ok. Vulnerable post but here we are.
I just weighed in at 141.4 lbs.
Since Sept 2024 to today, May 15, 2026, I have lost 100lbs. It hurts to say that and share but I am going to share it because I worked so damn hard every week for over a year and a half to shed this weight. It did not happen overnight.
If it wasn’t for having this incredibly challenging goal in fighting @rondarousey I most definitely wouldn’t have reached this. I was pre-diabetic, had trouble simply walking in September 2024 and have been on the path to recovery to turn myself back into an athlete since then.
It was hard, SO damn hard.. there was so much to learn, too much to unpack here, ups, downs, plateaus, things I learned late I wish I learned earlier, trial by error but I did it.
Thank you to Ronda, who waited patiently while I lost this weight and giving me something to aim for.
There is still so much I need to learn and want to do in the health space and to continue transforming my body, but for today, I thank God, my husband and my family for sticking with and encouraging me the whole way.
I pray this encourages you wherever you are in your health journey.
Believe there is hope. Never give up.
Ok.. enough emo, I’ve got a fight tomorrow. We’ve worked so hard to get here. Tune in!!

This is outrageous..
Not a single person on my flight is masked up while we’re in the middle of a double pandemic (Covid + Hantavirus).
I politely informed the flight attendant that this is a super spreader event. She just shrugged and walked away. I've already filed a formal complaint with the FAA and CDC. This is reckless and cannot stand.
Masks save lives, the science is settled on that.
You're not gonna believe this, but Gavin Newsom's new "free diapers" program is yet another corrupt NGO money laundering operation.
Kelly Sawyer runs Baby 2 Baby, an LA charity that provides baby gear to poor mothers. If you go to an LA private school, you get solicited to donate to it every year (and I have).
Newsom announced he's giving $20 million to Baby 2 Baby to give new mothers free diapers.
Only, he's not giving it directly to mothers in the form of supermarket vouchers or gift cards -- he can't do that, because then Kelly Sawyer's Hollywood producer husband Jamie Patricof wouldn't be able to funnel this money back into Newsom's presidential campaign.
Jamie Patricof, you see, is one of the top donors and campaign bundlers for the democrats in California. He's the son of venture capitalist Alan Patricof, one of the biggest bundlers for the Clintons. Jamie took over for Alan, who's 94.
Newsom is giving $20 million of our money to his close pals the Patricofs' pet "nonprofit." How much is going to get kicked back to Newsom's campaign? How much do the Patricof's get?
This plan is more full of poop than a newborn's Huggies.
Ok… most of you know I was in the organic baby formula business, but what you don’t know is I dabbled in diapers as well.
I also know this baby2baby “non profit” and have had past interactions with them.. I’ll leave that out for now..
Let’s dive into this absolute grifting nonsense. Prepare to be shocked.
California is about to spend $20 million of taxpayer money to give 100,000 newborns 400 diapers each through Baby2Baby.
Do the math with me:
100,000 babies × 400 diapers = 40 million diapers
$20,000,000 ÷ 40,000,000 = $0.50 per diaper!!!!!
Now walk into any Costco in California and you can buy the same quality diapers for .12 to .15 cents each!
That’s $48 to $60 for 400 diapers.
So the state is paying 8–10x more per diaper than a regular family buying in bulk.
They could’ve just handed every low-income new mom $100 cash and told her to go to Costco. She’d get more diapers, better ones if she wanted, and still have money left for formula, wipes, or whatever the hell she actually needs.
But nah… that wouldn’t let Gavin and his connected “nonprofit” girls running the show there cut ribbons, take photos, do galas and be friends with celebrities and brag about the “first-in-the-nation” program while skimming their cut for “administration” and “partnerships.”
This is peak government stupidity!!!
Spend way more money to feel good and look good, instead of just trusting parents with their own damn money.
We’re not helping babies. We’re funding another bloated nonprofit-government grift.
Math doesn’t lie. The diaper math is brutal.
What a scam and a joke!!!!!
SCOTUS is clear that all firearm restrictions must be rooted in historical precedent—where that precedent is absent, @TheJusticeDept and @CivilRights will step in to defend Americans’ 2A rights!
False. Just 15% of CA primary energy consumption comes from ‘renewables.’ More than 75% of CA energy consumption is from oil and gas — that’s higher than the national rate.
It is true that CA has embraced anti-hydrocarbon policies. The result?
CA has the highest electricity rates in the continental U.S., the highest gas prices, and the highest adjusted poverty rate in America.
I wouldn’t be bragging if that was my state.
The Trump Administration has begun sending massive fund to undocumented people in America illegally
One woman who’s been here for over 20 years illegally and had 3 birthright citizenship babies just received a $1.8 million dollar fine
Undocumented people are now being charged $998 per day for being in America illegally
This ain’t a new law, Trump is just enforcing the law
The $998 per day fine comes from a 1996 law (8 U.S.C. § 1324d) that allows civil penalties for failing to depart after a final removal and deportation order.
The law was rarely used before but is now being aggressively enforced under the Trump administration
Fines can be applied retroactively up to 5 years, leading to bills of $1.8 million or more
If you’re in America illegally, this is your sign to leave
