@lbc_aoa @UPRERAofficial There must be a deemed handover of common area maintenance issued to AOA/RWAs issued as soon as AOA/RWAs are Registered. Builders must be stripped collecting CAM from residents of societies. Rather builder must raise bills from AOA/RWAs for common area till hand over is not done.
