LCA Varsity Lacrosse

LCA goalie, Spencer Pruden, set a NEW STATE RECORD Friday night, May 13th, with 697 saves! This is 14 more than the previous record. This accomplishment is even more amazing when you consider LCA only played 1 game during the 2020 COVID impacted season. Congratulations, Spencer!!

God didn’t make many like this man, and that’s why so many of us lean on him for advice, wisdom, and council! Anybody that knows him isn’t the least bit surprised by this award! I’m picking Doug on my team every day that ends in Y! Keep those Eagles rolling!

To college players...maybe you are not as strong as some of your teammates, as fast, experienced, you want to play more...this is the time of year when you can outwork them. Make your 12/22 resolution to be first in the running come Jan...no excuses, take responsibility, do it!

Huge news:

KHSAA is taking the rare step of considering sanctioning lacrosse outside the triennial survey. Principals and ADs will determine lacrosse’s fate once again. Their responses are due by September 17th.
