@mec Kudos 🙏 shout out to Jeremy (ski/bike maintenance mgr.) in nvan. I’ve been having issues getting replacement parts from @G3Gear but with Jeremy’s “think outside the box” customer service approach, he resolved the issues promptly for me to continue playing in the backcountry
