Great weekend for Laundry Cottage Stud as Via Sistina wins Group 1 Cox Plate in Australia, top sire Wootton Bassett also bred here has two Group 1 winners in France and That’s Amore ex Rubira wins impressively first time out at Newbury.

Laundry Cottage Stud Farm - breeders of the sire of the winner of the Qipco Champion Stakes ( King of Steel by Wootton Bassett), and breeders of the second horse, Via Sistina. To keep it in the family, the winner was bought for owner Kia Joorbachian by son in law Alex Elliott.
