Great to see the @LeShuttle running like dog shit...again. 3 hours late and now L and M have already departed...except I'm L and still here!

[LCT Home @LCT_HOME]

@myhermes totally shambolic service. Total lack of care on your part, once is a mistake but the fifth, sixth, seventh time is a joke. #awful

[LCT Home @LCT_HOME]

@myhermes you need to seriously sort your service out. I don't pay for you to not collect my booked in items or to have them mis-directed

[LCT Home @LCT_HOME]

@myhermes just found out you delivered my antique candle stick to entirely the wrong address and managed to get a signature from some random

[LCT Home @LCT_HOME]

@myhermes no its not good is it. Apparently though it's common practice at Hermes. #notgoodenough

[LCT Home @LCT_HOME]

@myhermes is it company policy to fabricate deliveries and collections? This seems to happen with your company with alarming regularity.

[LCT Home @LCT_HOME]

@myhermes how is it that you mark down as delivered items that clearly haven't and mark as collected items that r still sitting in my porch?
