Day 21! Workout 20.Hope we can continue to inspire each other to get off our butts in the future! I have consumed Costco packs of icecream sandwiches/chips/dumplings during the challenge. My next goal is to chill out on the onion dip then maybe the icecream.

@fp_awesome I did it originally to get out class (age 10). I was fairly good at it but natural talent gets you only so far. Parents told me to focus on school... Which I did sort of. I put in 25% effort into everything and wonder where I would be at 50% effort lol. I don't regret it thoughπ
@fp_awesome I was in Long jump. The coach thought it was a great for me to work with the sprinters. I usually held my own except one guy was always a little further. He made it to the Olympics for sprinting and almost won a medal in 2012 but the team got dq'ed. I was never fit though haha.
@fp_awesome Thanks boss. I'll see how I go with sit first. I used to do 200m x 10 intervals when I was young trackie. I remember how shitty it felt to go 100%. Rest was only like 2 to 3 mins. In hindsight it was detrimental. I'll blame that on my failure to make it big lol. π
@fp_awesome@Mobvoi_Official I'm such a sucker for a Costco deal! If you told me there was makeup for sale at Costco, I'd buy 5 packs and dress in drag on the weekends so it didn't go to waste. π
No more HIIT workouts for me for a while. Chasing this little guy around tires me out more than any HIIT workout in the last 3 weeks!

Much needed rest day on day 19/21. Back to my regular mornings of coffee and toast/jam rather than water/banana/HIIT. Good luck the the rest of you completing the challenge!
