@firstadopter They don’t understand that the loss is caused by the expensing of an option (effectively) that the company issued. That the option has no impact on the business, that it solely effects the allocation of equity value, and that it only goes up as the value of the stock goes up.

But American workers pay into Social Security while they work and get paid from it when they retire. It’s a forced savings/pension plan. Similarly, Medicare is forced medical insurance, paid for while you work and paid out after you retire. Those components are capitalism, not socialism. The way they’ve been run has complicated them, but Maher’s explanation, while entertaining, is oversimplified.

Something strange happened today. I’ve got the $200 max plan and I seldom use more than 50% over 7 days, but today I burned 55% in less than 7 hours and I’m now down to 31% and it’s only 10 hours since you reset.

My usage is slightly higher than normal today, but something is wacky. Did you guys change my allocation today?

This is a girl from an app? That you never met in person before? When I was single I learned it was a waste to take a woman to dinner for a blind date. It was a potential waste money and time - for both of us. Drinks is the right way to go. You could do that at a good restaurant where you could stay for dinner if it works out,
