This new concept of ministering puts a heavy load on EQ and RS presidents. Especially since they won’t be delegating to their coordinators

What would I do? 1. Have my secretary schedule interviews every Sunday for an hour. 2. Do visits once a week. 3. Send one text a night to a ministering companionship. The text would be something related to people they minister to. That is where I would put my focus.
