The Gauteng High Court has granted its final order against Ngizwe Mchunu over defamatory statements against Julius Malema, wherein amongst others, the buffoon said the CIC received R60 million from Nigerian criminals to protect them.
Despite the Court order, Ngizwe Mchunu continues with his insults and defamatory attacks against the CIC, with the latest being that he has cancer.
As a result, we will next week approach the Court to apply for Ngizwe Mchunu to be held in contempt of court for his ongoing refusal to comply with the orders of the Court.
