I was accused of one-sided betting after replying to their message for an appeal. I then received this message:

“We regret to inform you that it is not permitted to buy on one account and sell on another account simultaneously for the same pair, as clearly stated in our FAQs.”

They are accusing me of hedging across two accounts now lol, even though I only have one active account with them.

It feels like they just wanted to deny my payout which is obvious now They accused me of One sided betting now Hedging on two account even though i only have one account w/ them 🤦‍♂️

I hope traders can learn something from this case and make better decisions when choosing a firm to trade with.
