Kudos to the Bulgarian civil society and all the activists who helped not to make these AMs into a law and prevent further backsliding of human rights of LGBTIQ+ people and the Rule of law! ✊️

Today, a vote took place in the Bulgarian Parliament on a set of horrible anti-LGBTIQ amendments to the Child Protection Act.

The AMs were, luckily, rejected!

Unfortunately, some of our usual allies voted in favour of these discriminatory amendments.
