@RoyalMailHelp I got an email saying that my package couldn't be collected as I wasn't in. But I was in - no one knocked, phoned etc. Does the postman show where he knocked etc? Not sure if they went to wrong address, or doorbell was dodgy (it has been a bit) or something else...
