@bbtrickzfan @Iberianamerica You set up your standards in your youth. A good amount of us sought a husband and stability by dating for a potential spouse. We found that, and married in our early twenties and have been married over 20 years. One spouse, one father.
@NicoleBehnam We were too poor and rural to even know what those were. Went to Waffle House once in my teen year and my mom complained about the prices all the way home. Didn’t know of the Cheesecake Factory or PF Changes until my adult years. They are special occasion places for us even now.
@renfromberkeley Airport is 15 min from the house. Closest Amtrak is about 90 from the house where I can catch the 51 Cardinal at 1:41AM, which I believe is the only train that operates.
@SFR_Investor There are still those of out there marrying in our twenties and having children. Hanging out with my family on this Saturday night--low stress, high reward.
@TonySeruga There are statistically jobs where one is more likely to put their life on the line. I'm not quite sure how to decide gets a full tax exemption. Civilian occupations like logging and roofing are quite dangerous.
@thesarahyork Women in their 20's are easily sucked in by some male tomfoolery. Ex: I had a friend dating this dude who took her to see the movie Pearl Harbor and then told her that COULD BE HIM so they'd need to get engaged. Also, he wasn't in the military, so....
@shesbonky Middle aged woman, married over 20 years advice to younger crowd: never move in together before marriage. Nothing to gain, everything to lose.
@sweatystartup I love blind spot monitoring--fantastic when on the interstate in big cities and you've got to make one of those weird multilane changes for an exit (looking at you Louisville).

@_nomadic_soul I'm seeing a lot of men in their 40's complain about not being able to find a wife age 23-30. Like, what were these guys doing in their 20's that they couldn't settle down, but expect women to do such?
