@FTRreport@LayneJesse44 This kid is only a sophomore! Has hit 20 mph in a 10 yard fly. Has both size and speed to help anywhere on the field. A dynamic football player and can play anywhere on the field! An even better kid and student off the field. A win for any program that gets him in 2 years!
We had a great week of workouts for our in school weightlifting program. This weeks discussion topic was on Accountability. We learned a lot from different athletes in the building on how they hold themselves and teammates to the standard. #GBR#SprintBasedFootball

The up downs in the pre-season did not prepare the Bears defense mentally or physically.
It was in fact a waste of time.
But I think most of us knew that anyway...

Feel the need, the need for speed… Use 5yd—>10yd Accelerations and 30yd—> F10yd to determine if your athletes need to improve upon acceleration or max velocity. Thanks to @CoachStokowski for originally making this chart & @HFJumps for helping with the conversions!!!
