Sec Collins, there’s a community care provider in Belgrade, MT that hasn’t been paid in 3 months for their VA services. They provide critical mental healthcare to rural MT veterans and are at jeopardy of closing. We can’t afford to lose another care provider in rural MT. We have numerous benefit cases for service related sleep apnea being continuously denied, despite proper documentation and attestments.

There have been many improvements, but there are really great folks who are jammed up, that can use some help, and continue to show these outlets the VA is here for America’s veterans, as well as the care providers. Happy to provide any additional information or be contacted to direct assistance further.

UAL348 was supposed to depart at 1130a MST from BZN, instead yall diverted to Missoula first, then changed to Helena, due to low fuel, now the delays keep adding up. The weather is clear and it doesn’t take 2.5hrs to fuel up a plane. You’re not providing any updates to your gate staff and now dozens are missing their connections. All of us on this flight deserve a full, no strings attached refund for this very easily preventable delay.
