@foodiesinked All good! Used your map pic, did some searching. Found the name of the place & sent an email. Quick & helpful communication. So impressed! A few hrs later it was showing up at PUJ again (hadn’t shown on our Tile for 24+ hrs). Hopeful to have it when we leave tomorrow 🤞🏻TY again!

I was invited to contact the central baggage dept via email (and not to expect a timely response) or call a number here here (only open M-F, 10-4).

@airtransat Still waiting! Luggage has been at PUJ 72 hours now. How do I know this? Not because @airtransat or my hotel rep has told me anything - Because I have a tracker in the luggage. Unacceptable.

Hey @airtransat Left YYZ Dec 26 in the AM. Arrived at PUJ but luggage didn’t. According to our Tile tags they never made the trip. Tiles showed our luggage arrived at PUJ over 30 hours ago but still haven’t moved & no updates from anyone. Do I need to go pick it up?

@coffeeshopguy @BMO After 6.5 hours on hold I took a different approach & called the fraud department (from a different phone so I wouldn’t lose my spot from my original call). Got through almost immediately & done. Absolutely unacceptable that the main line had me on hold for that long!

When @BMO World Elite Mastercard calls you (yesterday) & they need to speak to you about irregular activity & you call back multiple times to find out it’s an estimated 4 hour wait (um…NO!) So you call this morning & estimate is 45 min but 2:38 = still on hold! #nothappy

@HarleyShuster @BMO I had a call from them yesterday about irregular activity. Didn’t want to wait the 4 hours they estimated each time I called in. Called this AM - estimate was 45 min. 3:15 - I’m still on hold. Especially love hearing “Thank you for your patience. We’ll be with you shortly”

"Schools are safe" but they are closing after the April Break, & they will reopen when it is safe, even though they are safe.

Serious question. MoE states ~130,000 teachers in Ontario. Premier says we can vaccinate 150,000/d. Plan is to keep schools open. Who has the power to declare one single day during the April school break as Teacher Vaccination Day?
