@311Toronto the snow plow map says Orley Ave had sidewalk clearing services in the past 4-8 hours. Please note it was only the south sidewalk. The NORTH sidewalk (west of Oak Park) is untouched. There are no obstructions. We often get missed.

@311Toronto our street did not get green bins picked up last Friday, two neighbors called, told would be done today. So we all put our bins out last night. Both got texts saying resolved, but all bins still full, never picked up. Ref 05433826

Stacy’s systems show a bill from April 19, but that was paid to Enbridge. It’s all a circus. I’m off the call now, let’s see in a week if all resolved online.

Unbelievable systems @Enercare . Tried to cancel and buy out water heater apr. 25, was offered 3 months free, but still being billed, and now on hold with the 9th person trying to solve it since April 25. Each time starts at beginning. Bumps, holds, transfers.

@Enercare DM sent. Jose has now processed the buy out BUT TRANSFERRING ME BACK YET AGAIN TO BILLING TO “figure out why the approved credit of April 25 was not applied”. I should not have to pay that may 15 bill.
