@Grahamhiscott We have a complicated pay structure and this 80% basic pay actually equates to a 45% cut overall. Our flight pay allowances make up 50% of our net pay which we will be losing. Along with workable T&Cs.Please help us raise awareness of these half truths #BAbetrayal #fireandrehire
