Let's go in more deeply. I had a pregnancy fuelled by cortisol while in a trauma bonded r/ship & a toddler. I left when kids at 1 & 3. Nothing changes with this knowledge until we have a society/policy/communities deeply holding a woman with child. Often we can mitigate/often not

#ICTG Chris arrived at a child’s placement this afternoon ready to start a session looking at finance and budgeting, and was greeted with a home cooked lunch, made by the child himself!

Whenever you return to school, please bear in mind that you may not know what your colleagues have experienced during the summer. As well as being mindful of the children be mindful of them too. I say this as someone whose world has completely fallen apart.
