Don’t rely on @easyJet and their customer service based I do not know where…, just lies, lies, lies and lies…appalling…

Can understand that Covid has heavily impacted many companies which have reduced their costs and outsourced their customers’ assistance sces BUT as customers deserve a good service, politeness and timely information when flights are delayed. Many companies must urgently improve !

I am really upset by @easyJet customer service as for weeks I have been struggling with your teams who were supposed to call and resolve a mistake they made and this never happened !!! I am supposed to travel next Tuesday ! It is a shame will never fly again with @easyJet again
