@bookingcom They will just tell me that they can't do anything. This is not my first rodeo, in case that's not clear from my screenshots obviously showing that they refuse to help. I work for a living, I don't have time to spend hours on the phone. Just fix this. PLEASE. @TurkishAirlines

Hey @TurkishAirlines, since booking our tkts, we've been bumped twice, so now only have 1 hr transfer time in IST. Your agents refuse to change us to an earlier flight. Please can someone help?? The earlier flights ARE available, so can't be too much of an effort, surely. Thks.
@TK_HelpDesk Once again, I have been shifted off to the agent, who has said they can't help me. @TurkishAirlines, what do you suggest? I literally cannot get anyone who is willing to actually help, I keep being told to go back and forth, each telling me that the other will help me. 😡😡😡
2/2 I love @VirginAtlantic, have been flying with them for years and will continue to fly them, but to let a loyal customer down under these circumstances, particularly after giving assurances that it would be refunded, is disappointing. @richardbranson, I've had to admit defeat.
1/2 I'm so disappointed in @VirginAtlantic for not honouring their assurance of a refund for the uplift in fees for an emergency change of flight due to a family bereavement (my beloved mum passing away in South Africa whilst I'm in the UK). It's been 9 months and no response.
Hey @SnapfishUK, how about having customer service options that ACTIALLY work? What use is a live chat function that disappears from your screen mid-chat every 2 minutes? Pathetic. 🙄 I'll put the transaction into dispute with my bank to get my refund.

Reach out via phone - did that, on hold for ages, so gave up. Why don't you just resolve the issue by offering to call me, rather than putting the onus on me, given the fact I've already tried all these avenues?

1/2 Hey @SkyHelpTeam@discoveryplus, none of the troubleshooting guides work to activate, register or sign into the Discovery+ app. We do not have a voice activated remote. Passwords that meet your criteria aren't accepted. We're told to sign up with a different email address.
