To unlink an account they want you to unlink
Then send a ticket to fully unlink the account before able to link new

This is needless and only adding work for support that is way behind

Last week i thought I would try AC mirage
Turns out to play on playstation i need it linked with ubisoft
I had an old psn account linked
Fine I will just unlink it and link my current one
NOPE i have to open a ticket to unlink my own account

This is not a matter of account recovery
But about ubisoft needless step when attempting to unlink an old account from the ubi account
You would expect to unlink and just link new
