What a season by these four young men.

[Wyatt Wallace @WWallace2028]

Very humbled to be selected by the Alabama Sports Writers Association for first team All-State for the 2026 season.

A fantastic season came to an end last night. Incredibly proud of how this group of guys have carried themselves all year.

School record w/33 wins and an Elite 8 finish.

Thank you seniors, Lincoln Conn and Lane Jones, for your significant contributions on and off the field.

OF Lane Jones (2026) puts LLCA on the board early with an RBI single back UTM.

Strong build w/ sturdy 5-9, 207-pound frame.

Would later come around to score on a sacrifice-fly.

Lindsay Lane leading 2-0 early.

OF Hampton Wallace (2027) with a sharp single thru the right side here in the third.

Minimal operation from the LS w/ quiet load.

Lions plate a run on the single and extend their lead to 5-0.

OF Lane Jones (2026) delivers again with RISP.

Flicks the barrel at this one and finds an opening up the middle for a two-RBI single that tacks on to the Lions lead.

LLCA 9, DHCA 0.

RHP Wyatt Wallace (@WWallace2028, 2028) with a strong outing for LLCA this afternoon.

Cleaner repeatable delivery with shorter arm action.

FB: 82-85 mph
CB: 71-74 mph (11/5 spin)

4 IP, 3 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 4 K’s & landed 34/49 K’s.

Quick glance at RHP Grayson Miller (@GrayMiller2029, 2029) who came in to close things out in the fifth.

Worked up to 84 mph with the FB and showed low-70’s breaking ball.

Needed just 10 pitches to finish things out, dropping 8 in for strikes.
