@BusyButBuilt @DeanTTraining You can do these with the rack, barbell and a bench. This is how I do them, single leg with a weight belt/chain and plate slung over the shoulder worn like a messenger bag.

The dog walker waiting to cross the road stops me to say she cannot wait for the LTN implementation. What now? Do I ferry my kids around locally in the car in order to keep them safe from drivers like this, or encourage them onto the roads on their bikes?

@gardensinboots What now with the cancellation of the LTN? A not unusual example of two rat-running motorists almost colliding in 20mph zone. Listen for skidding tyres, watch the Skoda immediately resume speeding.
