@Royalfan83@rissy328 Fort Mill is definitely pricey. If you can go further south, closer to Indian Land High School, it's not as bad and the commute shouldn't be too terrible.
@Royalfan83@rissy328 I lived in Indian Land my first 2 years here and commuted to Uptown. The commute was terrible. Fort Mill is nice and great schools. Very cute downtown. Every area is busy.
@Royalfan83@rissy328 Holler if you have any questions on Charlotte. I moved here a few years ago. I will say the traffic here is absolutely stupid. Worse than DC. That's not an exaggeration. If you think 15 miles is a reasonable commute, it is not.
@rissy328@Royalfan83 Charlotte home insurance is way less than what I had in KC for a nicer house. We don't have tornados here. 3 hours from a real ocean beach, so hurricanes typically just big thunderstorms if they hit here. Massive rain did cause issues up in the mountains, but not as much here.
@Royalfan83 Charlotte. Cost of living is similar to KC. No threat of running out of water. Mild winter, same summer (although not technically as hot as KC. Rarely in the 100s here)
THE GREATEST FLOP-ARTIST OF ALL-TIME.
A full minute of Buffalo #Bills quarterback Josh Allen “flopping” after getting looked at by defensive players and suddenly falling to the ground.
🤯
We have never seen anything like this in football…
Sources: There’s a growing belief around the NFL that the #Panthers are increasingly likely to trade WR Diontae Johnson before the trade deadline.
Multiple contending teams are interested, though determining Johnson’s value has been challenging with him in the last year of his contract.
