@Royalfan83 @rissy328 I lived in Indian Land my first 2 years here and commuted to Uptown. The commute was terrible. Fort Mill is nice and great schools. Very cute downtown. Every area is busy.

@rissy328 @Royalfan83 Charlotte home insurance is way less than what I had in KC for a nicer house. We don't have tornados here. 3 hours from a real ocean beach, so hurricanes typically just big thunderstorms if they hit here. Massive rain did cause issues up in the mountains, but not as much here.
