But I’m not sure why the standard of care suddenly changes. If the patient doesn’t have history or symptoms, why not advise just to watch?

I wish I lived in a walkable city because think I would actually enjoy running errands if I could walk a short distance to do them. Driving is such a process and a chore to me.

Also the statistical significance of a couple points might be outweigh by other markers that make you more likely to fail in the long run as a doctor.
