Masters of the Universe NAILED it! Everyone was on point and brought their AAA game. They knew how special He-Man is, and understood his message.

The actors were all brilliant.

Nicholas Galitzine wasn't just big. He obviously sculpted himself specifically to look like He-Man, and carried the role with honor and dedication.

Jared Leto FINALLY found his role. I knew he had it in him, but he just never had the right role and direction. Now, he's finally been able to show he can do it.

Man at Arms was always my favorite character, and some were worried about the swap; but I knew Idris Elba could pull it off, and he BECAME that character.

Hell, the whole rest of the cast knocked it out of the park. The entire production was handled perfectly.

I'm not going to tell you what you're going to hear, but know that the music SLAYED in this film. I don't know how they managed to get some of it, actually. 🤣

The fight choreography perfectly spans the spectrum of new, to experienced, to absolute force of nature. Some of it is comedy, and some of it is serious, and they knew precisely when to use both of them.

The Easter eggs, inserts, and jokes were all as they needed to be. Each is an "OMG they actually did that!" moment; which is exactly as it should be.

I tell you this with 100% honesty:

The entire theater was clapping when it ended. I haven't heard that in a very long time.

Seriously:

If you've been worrying, you can enthusiastically stop. Buy the tickets any way you can, and go enjoy a film that's been made properly.

This is what films have forgotten, of late: It's actual entertainment, it never stops being entertaining, and it respects it's origins every step of the way.

Do not wait to stream this one.

You owe it to yourself to see this on the big screen.

@guntotinchick It’s the same in Texas. Going to the local grocery store is difficult. I miss the way our country use to be. Going out and about does not feel safe.
