You don't have to spend $4,997 to learn Google Ads.
I've generated $70M in revenue from Google ads and just put together a pMax playbook.
And it's yours for free.
Like + Comment "pMax" and I'll DM it to you.
Also a post purchase eCom classic you can try:
„spin to win“ flow
Right after purchase, hit them with something like:
spin a digital wheel for a shot at $25 off $100 or a freebie if they order again in 5 days.
Once again goal is to get quick repeat buyers
Aim for a 10% jump
Try this „unlock your bonus“ post purchase flow:
Send email + sms with a scratch off style digital card revealing a mystery bonus
e.g. $50 off $200 or free sample
But ONLY IF they order again within 7 days
If done right bumps 30 day repeat purchases by 10%
This is not all customers you're dealing with in eCom but you always have to ASSUME this is the level.
Have this picture in the back of your head when writing ad copy, FAQs, for your customer service, ...
Like in traffic you always have to ASSUME all the other traffic participants are children, learner drivers and / or blind people.
Not because of them, but for your own safety.
Those people will dispute payments just because they don't understand something
🚨 If this is your first Chinese New Year selling in EU or US, buckle up
Shipping is gonna cost you minimum 15-20% more than usual with everyone back home celebrating (in Covid we saw 10x sometimes even)
Normally 23 to 27 days to get stuff from China to East Coast or EU. With CNY expect major delays because everyone's on holiday and ports are a mess.
Air freight? Faster, but minimum 30% price jump because everyone wants those last-minute slots.
Get your orders in by YESTERDAY
Also after CNY normally 2-4 weeks before we're back to business as usual.
Stock up
🚨 TikTok ban is a good reminder that being reliant on ANY one platform for your traffic & sales is ALWAYS a bad idea
Doesn’t matter if it’s TikTok, AppLovin, Meta, Google, Snapchat, …
Doesn’t matter if Mr Beast or the tooth fairy saves the day
If you rely on the tooth fairy for your business to succeed you’re not a business person, you’re negligent
While a platform is hot or working for you —> milk the shit out of it
As fast as you can, be paranoid with this even
THEN build redundancy
Multiple ad accounts, pages with multiple different strategies for each
Eg 1 instagram page ONLY for ads
1 page ONLY for organic bot traffic
1 ONLY for AI
…
Running organic & paid over 1 account will hinder BOTH strategies
Then rinse and repeat
At a high level in eCom you basically just run ads on different platforms out of PARANOIA
not because you want to
You’re always 1 ad account ban / 1 hater taking your account down / 1 Shopify hold away from closing down shop
