@JGMacColl Hi there, if you're delayed on another train and will miss your connection, your LNER ticket will be valid for travel on the next LNER service. If you just need to change it, you can do so here: https://t.co/4ZapLSkexV and pay a £10 admin fee plus any difference in price.
@TimTowlerj0bu If you’ve missed your connecting service, Tim, there’s no need to worry. Your ticket will still be valid for the next available service operated by the same company, so you won’t need to buy a new ticket.
@Nathanro18 Claims can take up to 10 working days for you to receive a response. If it has passed this time please contact our Customer Service Team on 03457 225 333 between 08:00-22:00 or via Live Chat on our website between 09:00-17:00 and they'll be able to look into it further.
@dore_tim Please get in touch with our Customer Solutions team directly, with your booking/ case reference, on 03457 225 333 (0800-2200) or by using the live web chat on the LNER website (0900-1700). A member of the team will be able to look into this for you.
@rose_appleby I’ve just confirmed with our control team that tickets for this service are currently unavailable and have been removed from sale. Sorry for any confusion caused earlier, but unfortunately you won’t be able to purchase tickets for this service at this time. My apologies, Rose.
@Adam198419@richieveitch Your ticket is also valid on alternative LNER, Northern, TransPennine Express, Great Northern or Thameslink services, up to 2 hours before or after your cancelled service, whichever is most appropriate to help you to complete your journey. 2/2
@Jcsimpson_X Hi there. We haven't been able to hold it any longer, sorry. Speak with the Train Manager on your service and they will organise taxis for your onward travel.
