@Seatfrog Just curious, just got a 1st class ticket. Edinburgh to Kings Cross at 18:00 noticed the coach is D, but it is usually either K,L or M.

@LumoTravel Do you only have one train working? I can see LDN to EDI 20:30 is delayed. I presume waiting on the 15:30 to come in which delayed with a fault on train. What’s the chances of it being fixed and running?

@easyJet I have been trying to heck in to my flight the last 3 hours and comes up with an error missed check in so unable to check in my flight is 2 hrs

@greateranglia Your app and your website do not show open return tickets to Stansted. I just noticed a ticket I purchased previously was incorrect. Just tried to purchase another ticket it shows it but as soon as you go to pay it reverts to a off peak same day

@greateranglia It doesn’t make sense or add up. Been doing this for years and when ever there has been works on the line. Two and half hours is the longest and it never stops at places it doesn’t stop at usually. Lastly last train is longest not from 10:30pm.

@greateranglia I am travelling from Stansted Airport to Tottenham Hale at 10:30pm. Your website states this will be a 6hrs journey surely this isn’t correct?

@greateranglia 6hrs whenever there has been bus replacement services has never been the case unless it was midnight. That’s absolute madness!

@LNER I like to say thank you to part of the crew on the 18:30 Edinburgh to London. Well only the ones that went up to Newcastle they were great with customer service and experience. The ones that got on at Newcastle, dismal performance and lazy.

@LNER What happened? When did the cost of a standard ticket London to Edinburgh become so extortionate!!! Absolutely ridiculous pricing. Not going to encourage people to use trains at this rate madness. Also supposedly a sale on and every ticket looked at isn’t on sale. Not good!

@greateranglia trying to book a train ticket via the app and website. It no longer offers a e-ticket to add to wallet. Just self serve at ticket machine, smart card or via post. What’s going on?

@greateranglia The journey is from Seven Sisters to Stansted Airport. It doesn’t matter if you choose a single ticket or a open return ticket same thing happens
