@TUIUK We have a serious issue with two identical flight bookings that need urgent resolution.
My wife and I both purchased tickets for the same flights through TUI as a surprise for each other. We now have duplicate bookings and TUI has already refused to cancel or refund one of them. This means we are being forced to pay twice for the exact same flights.
This is clearly unreasonable. We expect TUI to immediately cancel or refund one booking to prevent us from being charged twice. Please escalate this to someone who can actually resolve it today and DM me the next steps.
