LORQAI

Ideas, stories, tech, and things I find interesting

[LORQAI @LORQAI]

Spotify knows what I like. GTA introduces me to music I didn't know I needed. 🎮🎶

With all the GTA VI hype, there's something I've been thinking about.

Streaming algorithms try to predict what we'll enjoy next. But GTA radio does something completely different.

It gives music a memory.

A song you'd normally skip can become unforgettable because it played during a late-night drive, a ridiculous police chase, or five minutes of doing absolutely nothing.

Years later, you hear that same song somewhere else, and suddenly you're back in Vice City.

That's what makes GTA radio so special.

Rockstar has just revealed some of GTA VI's new radio stations, and I'm honestly more curious about the music I'll discover than the size of the map.

Because sometimes the best songs aren't the ones you search for.

They're the ones you accidentally find.

What's one song you discovered through a video game that you've never forgotten? 🎧

@MarvelStudios Give me an android having an existential crisis over another multiverse explosion any day. 😂🤖

[LORQAI @LORQAI]

@RockstarGames This is exactly what makes GTA radio so special. You get into a car to complete a mission and somehow come out with an entirely new taste in music. 😂🎶

[LORQAI @LORQAI]

@netflix One look at this poster and I already don't trust a single person in this movie. 😂

[LORQAI @LORQAI]

@Spotify @Android It's fascinating how a music video can completely change the way you experience a song. 🎬🎶

I wonder how much of the original concept came from the artists and how much from the director?

[LORQAI @LORQAI]

@charlieINTEL We've officially gone from analyzing the map to analyzing anatomy. Rockstar, please release the game. 😂

[LORQAI @LORQAI]

@tombraider The Survivor trilogy is still one of my all-time favorite gaming experiences on PC. ❤️

And somehow, a post about Croft Manor has made me want to replay all three games again. 😂

[LORQAI @LORQAI]

@Marvel An infinite multiverse, and I'd still somehow end up hanging out with the Guardians of the Galaxy. 😂🚀

[LORQAI @LORQAI]

@RockstarGames This is exactly what makes GTA radio so special. You get into a car to complete a mission and somehow come out with an entirely new taste in music. 😂🎶

[LORQAI @LORQAI]

@IronRedSandHive Haha, nice disguise! 😂 But you could at least leave a like before turning my music thread into a tech expo! 😄

[LORQAI @LORQAI]

Musicians, producers, bands, AI artists — everyone! 🎶

If you could share just ONE song you've made with the world, which one would it be?

@gaurav_jain26 I was hoping to discover some new music, and somehow I'm building an entire software company instead. 😂

[LORQAI @LORQAI]

@IronRedSandHive I asked for a song and somehow ended up hosting a tech convention. 😂

[LORQAI @LORQAI]

@EpicGames My gaming backlog is already a full-time job, and here I am looking for more work. 😂

[LORQAI @LORQAI]

@PlayStation Does the collection come with a flowchart to explain the story, or is that sold separately? 😂

[LORQAI @LORQAI]

@VICE_Vault Can't wait to spend three hours planning a heist and then lose all the money at the casino in five minutes. 😂

[LORQAI @LORQAI]

@RockstarGames At this rate, I'll have a full GTA VI wardrobe before I actually get to play the game. 😭😂

ME AGAINST ALL — LORQAI 🎤⚡

One woman. An entire choir. And she refuses to back down.

When the whole world sings against you… sing louder. 🔥

[LORQAI @LORQAI]

@RockstarGames Can't wait to completely ignore the main storyline because I'm too busy discovering new music on the radio. 😂

[LORQAI @LORQAI]

Okay, serious question. I've been staring at this picture for way longer than I'd like to admit, and I still can't figure out what color her eyes are. I tried zooming in, adjusting the brightness, even looking away and starting over. Nothing. At this point, I think I need a second opinion. Strictly for scientific purposes, of course. 😂

[LORQAI @LORQAI]

@Samueldigital0 Interesting, thanks! 😄 Which college radio stations do you work with? And do you have any examples of songs that actually got airplay through your service?

[LORQAI @LORQAI]

First attempt at bringing our virtual dancer to life 😄 Still figuring things out, but it's a start! 🎬✨
