64yr old Laraine has been homeless for the past 5 years. We want to keep her off the streets for good and into her own accommodation:

@DevonAndy @premierinn Probably because they've been ignoring the phone calls. I've personally witnessed Premier Inn not answer the phone despite standing in reception doing nothing! @premierinn I think you need to train your staff better in Customer Service #saynotopremierinn

Contd. Not first time they've mistreated Laraine. They locked her out of her room b4 (even though she had room booked for another night still). Left her in reception and ignored the phone when I was calling to sort it out. Laraine watched them ignore the phone, shame on you!

Something has to change! We supposedly live in one of the richest countries yet we have mother's and children living in tents 😳 Shame on the councils...they all seem to just pass the buck. Often destroying and clearing tents/sleeping bags #shameful #endhomelessness

Lovely walk up the Thames, we stopped off at a pub and had a yummy lunch on Wednesday! 🤩🥰 Just amazes me compared to how Laraine life was sleeping on some church steps now look ❤️

Haven’t done an update for a while with work schedules , appointments , volunteering and life making sure our laraine is in good spirts at all times. Shes happy and enjoying her crochet and catching up with many movies 😊 Walks with Monica. Snake she made for the kids 😃
